Storyboard is perfect for artists who are looking for an organized and easy to use way to board out their films, animated series, and more in the form of an animatic.
Panel-based Timeline
Storyboard uses a simple, panel-based timeline to organize drawings. Each panel has its own set of layers on the canvas, and can be timed properly to playback as an animatic.
Dialogue and Actions
Each storyboard panel has an information section which allows you to edit things like its name and duration for playback. You can also use it to tell the program what to show on the screen when exporting. Dialogue will be shown in the form of a caption, while actions are shown underneath each panel during PDF export.
Exporting
Export your storyboards as animatics in both MP4 and MOV formats. You can also export them to PDFs containing dialogue and action notes. You can also export as an Image Sequence.
Exporting as MP4, MOV, and PDF also allow you to specify author information to show who worked on the project.
